Our products and tools are primarily designed for developers and advanced users. You are responsible for how you use, deploy, or integrate any code, API, or SDK provided by Effortless Labs.
We do not guarantee uptime, continuity, or backward compatibility of our software or APIs. Features may be added, modified, or discontinued without notice.
Our products (including Igris.bot and Hyperbola.network) are non-custodial. We never hold users’ assets, private keys, or credentials. Effortless Labs does not offer financial, investment, or brokerage services.
All content, code, and documentation provided by Effortless Labs are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use open-source components under their respective licenses, but you may not copy, resell, or modify proprietary materials without permission.
If you contribute code or feedback, you grant Effortless Labs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and incorporate that input to improve our Services.
Some products may interact with third-party APIs, networks, or smart contracts. Effortless Labs does not control or take responsibility for third-party code, uptime, or data. Use those integrations at your own risk.
All Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, about functionality, reliability, security, or fitness for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Effortless Labs and its team are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our Services, software, or integrations.
We may suspend or terminate access to our Services at any time if we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms or applicable law.
We may update these Terms periodically. The “Effective Date” above will always indicate the most recent version. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
